Terms and Conditions for Michelsberger Haus
Dear Guest,
Thank you for choosing Michelsberger Haus. Please review the following terms and conditions for your stay:
1. Reservation & Payment:
◦ A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
◦ Full payment or a deposit may be requested at the time of booking or upon arrival.
◦ All rates are subject to availability and may vary depending on the season or special events.
2. Check-in/Check-out:
◦ Check-in time is between 15:00 and 20:00, and check-out time is by 11:00.
◦ Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.
3. Cancellation Policy:
◦ Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to the check-in date to avoid a cancellation fee.
◦ If you cancel within 2 days of your arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value will apply.
◦ In case of a no-show or failure to cancel in time, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
4. Identification:
◦ Guests must provide valid photo identification upon check-in (e.g., passport, national ID card).
5. Damage and Responsibility:
◦ Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
◦ Any damages must be reported immediately to the front desk. The guest may be charged for repairs or replacement of damaged items.
6. Quiet Hours:
◦ To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00.
◦ Disruptive behavior or noise will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without refund.
7. Children
◦ Children 0 – 5 years stay for free
◦ Children 5 – 14 years pay the published reception fee for children
◦ Children above 14 years pay the full adult price
8. Smoking Policy:
◦ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guesthouse. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
◦ A cleaning fee of 500 Euros will be charged if smoking occurs inside the premises.
9. Pets:
◦ Michelsberger Haus is pet-friendly. Pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times.
◦ A cleaning fee may apply for guests with pets.
10. Liability:
◦ Michelsberger Haus is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Please ensure valuables are secured at all times.
11. Personal Conduct:
◦ All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any guest found engaging in illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or violating the guesthouse’s rules will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
12. Modifications to Terms:
◦ These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Any updates or changes will be communicated to guests upon arrival.
